Please inspect your package as soon as it is delivered. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product, take photos of the package and contact us as soon as possible. If the product is damaged, the jar is broken, or you have received the wrong order, please send us your order number, a few photos, and a brief description of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
We carefully review every complaint and strive to find the best possible solution for our customers. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement product, resend your order, issue a refund, or provide another appropriate solution. Please note that our products are of natural origin. Natural crystallization of honey, as well as slight variations in color, aroma, or texture, are normal characteristics of natural honey and are not considered product defects.
Due to the nature of food products, returns of opened or used products cannot be accepted unless the product is defective or an error occurred during delivery. Before returning any product, please contact us so we can agree on the simplest and safest way to resolve the situation.

To help us process your request more quickly, please include your name, order number (if available), the delivery date, a description of the issue, and photos of the product or its packaging.
